Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run your account and deliver your orders:

• Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Password: stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form. We cannot read it.
• Order details: the product, pack and the details you type to receive it, such as a Player ID, Zone ID or email.
• Payment records: deposit amounts, methods and the transaction references you submit.
• Support messages: tickets and replies.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used for security and to spot abuse.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• create and protect your account and wallet,
• process and deliver your orders and deposits,
• answer your support tickets and send important account messages,
• prevent fraud and keep the site secure,
• follow the law and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data.

Game account details

Some products need extra details to complete delivery. If a product asks for a game account email or password, we use it only for that order and only as long as needed. We recommend you change that password after delivery. Never share details we have not asked for.

Who we share it with

We share data only when needed to serve you:

• payment services such as eSewa, Khalti and banks, to verify payments,
• delivery partners and voucher suppliers, to complete your order,
• hosting and email providers that run the site for us,
• authorities, when the law requires it.

These providers may only use your data to do their job for us.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's storage for things the site needs to work: keeping you logged in, remembering your theme choice (Bright, Dark or System), and security. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this data in your browser settings, but you may be logged out.

How we protect your data

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, limits on login attempts, and restricted access for our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for the period the law requires for accounting and fraud checks. Support messages are kept so we can help with later questions. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the personal data we hold about you,
• correct information that is wrong,
• delete your account and data, unless we must keep some records by law.

Children

MG Topup is not meant for children under 13. If you are under 18, please use the service with a parent or guardian. If we learn that we hold data of a young child without permission, we will delete it.
